The hall opens at launch. 0.001 takes the empty seat; top it and they get 0.00115 back.

the seat (top ante) topped, paid back +15%

Topped? Your whole ante comes back plus 15%, paid by whoever topped you.

ante ETH

You send 0.00105: your 0.001 ante plus 0.00005 dues into the hall.

--:--Quiet so far. The first ante prints here, then every top-up with the refund it paid.

Take the seat. Hold 10,000 $ANTEHALL and put up an ante at least 0.001 ETH over the top ante. The first one of a round is 0.001.
Get topped, get paid. When someone tops you, your whole ante comes back plus 15%, paid by them, the same block. Take it any time.
Dues. Every ante drops 5% of itself into the hall.
Close. The 30-minute clock runs out and the top ante takes its ante back plus the hall. An ante in the last 2 minutes pushes the close to 2 minutes from then. No ante, the clock restarts.

A worked round

A antes 0.020 (sends 0.021, 0.001 is dues).

B tops with 0.025, sends 0.02925: 0.025 + 0.003 for A + 0.00125 dues. A gets 0.023 back.

C tops with 0.030, sends 0.03525. B gets 0.02875 back.

Clock out, C holds the seat: C takes 0.030 + the hall 0.00375 = 0.03375. In 0.0855, out 0.0855. No cut.
